Exceeded my expectations. A property I’m managing had been vacant for quite some time and needed some serious cleaning after the numerous times it has gotten broken into by squatters. After calling about 10 cleaning businesses, Property Care Building Services offered to come out the next day to see what I needed done and then promptly emailed me a quote within a few hours. I scheduled for the service 2 days later. I paid a 50% deposit and a crew of about 6 were there to complete the job. They did a fantastic job on the building, everything I asked. The owner walked through the property with me at the end of the job and when he saw a corner (which was very minor) that was missed he immediately called back a member of his crew to finish the job. I will definitely be using them again and again.

I had the best customer service experience with Property Care Building Service.

I had been struggling to find a janitorial service for my office building that I felt was up to my standards. I needed the trash cleared from the facility, the floor mopped an waxed, all surfaces wiped down and sanitized, and windows detailed.

I gave Everardo a call and discussed what I was looking for. Within about an hour I received a quote. Originally I had only contracted them to for a onetime job but after seeing their work, we have them service our building regularly.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and excellent janitorial services!!!

Absolutely the best ! I came across this Yelp page while on a hunt for business cleaning let me tell you, first off the customer service over the phone was great, scheduling an appointment for an estimate was easy, the price was right for the amount of cleaning and detail that my location needed, I went personally to meet the staff and they were all professional, even the owner was in communication throughout the process. I will be using them for regular cleaning from now on I truly appreciate their hard work and I will be using them for my other location as well.

I am very impressed by their service. They are available 24/7. After calling them for inquiry, they were able to send their crew right away to give me an estimate of the service. After letting them know what I want, they gave me a reasonable quote and could get the job done right away. It's very efficient and a seamless process.
